sᴍᴜᴛ: yes, he's a monk, no that doesn't mean this doesn't happen. i prefer something organic and he likely doesn't do too much, but if variables align then he's down for casual things here and there.
ᴄᴏᴜɴsᴇʟɪɴɢ: he has no actual abilities and he's at a disadvantage naturally understanding people not from his world, but he's still very perceptive and understands people in general quite well, so if there's something you want him to notice or don't mind him discerning then let me know!
sᴄᴀʀʙᴀᴄᴋ: those of his order are known as 'scarbacks' because they ritually self-harm in order to take on the sins of others. i understand this might be an issue for some people, so if so please do let me know and in the rare event it might come up, i'll just leave it.

OPT OUT for scarback stuff:
no form, just lmk if you're not okay with seeing scars that are clearly self-inflicted, or hearing anything about the religion, or the like. in canon they are literally sometimes suspended from hooks and i doubt he'll be into anything like that here bc there's no real reason to be, but still, it's a tricky issue for some people and I don't want to cause any issues if I can avoid it.
